Job Summary and Key Objectives 職位概述及關(guān)鍵目標(biāo) 該崗位作為銷售工程師，負(fù)責(zé)為銷售團(tuán)隊及客戶提供技術(shù)支持與解決方案，同時參與項目推進(jìn)及客戶溝通，支持業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)達(dá)成并提升客戶滿意度。 The position acts as a sales engineer, providing technical support and solutions to sales team and customers, participating in project execution and customer communication, and supporting business target achievement. Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé) ? 為客戶提供產(chǎn)品選型、技術(shù)方案及相關(guān)支持 Provide product selection and technical solution support to customers ? 參與客戶技術(shù)溝通，理解需求并提供解決方案 Participate in technical communication with customers and identify requirements ? 協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊推進(jìn)項目，包括方案準(zhǔn)備及技術(shù)支持 Support sales team in project execution including proposal preparation ? 參與報價、技術(shù)文件準(zhǔn)備及相關(guān)資料整理 Prepare quotations, technical documents and related materials ? 跟進(jìn)項目進(jìn)展，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源確保項目順利推進(jìn) Follow up project progress and coordinate internal resources ? 協(xié)助處理客戶反饋及售后技術(shù)支持 Support customer feedback handling and after-sales technical support ? 收集市場及產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用信息，支持業(yè)務(wù)改進(jìn) Collect market and application information to support business improvement ? 上級經(jīng)理分配的其他職責(zé)。 Other responsibilities assigned by the superior manager. Know-How 知識(Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge教育背景、工作經(jīng)驗和業(yè)務(wù)知識等) ? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，暖通、機(jī)械、環(huán)境工程等相關(guān)專業(yè) Bachelor’s degree or above, major in HVAC, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering ? 1-3年相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗 1-3 years of relevant experience ? 了解空氣過濾產(chǎn)品或暖通系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先 Knowledge of filtration products or HVAC systems preferred ? 具備基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)理解及學(xué)習(xí)能力 Basic technical understanding and learning capability ? 具備一定英語讀寫能力 Basic English reading and writing ability Skills技能 (Problem-Solving Requirements, People Skills Requirements解決問題、人際交往等) ? 良好的客戶溝通及關(guān)系維護(hù)能力 Good communication and customer relationship management skills ? 優(yōu)秀的銷售策略制定及執(zhí)行能力 Strong capability in sales strategy development and execution ? 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及跨部門協(xié)作能力 Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills ? 具備復(fù)雜項目運(yùn)作及商務(wù)談判能力 Strong project management and negotiation capability ? 良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力及市場洞察能力 Strong analytical and market insight capability ? 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向，自驅(qū)力強(qiáng) Result-oriented and self-driven |
