| 工作描述： |
1、通過各種渠道發(fā)展開發(fā)新客戶的線索。 Develop leads to potential new customers through various sources. 2、通過客戶會議等方式拓展生意機(jī)會渠道、開發(fā)新客戶等，擴(kuò)展公司的客戶群。 Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings. 3、負(fù)責(zé)指定區(qū)域內(nèi)已有客戶的業(yè)務(wù)，維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系及滿意度。 Take care of existing customer business in assigned region, maintain customer relationship and satisfaction. 4、分析并理解客戶的需求，并提供最能滿足客戶要求的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。 Analyze and understand customer’s business needs and provide products and services best fit customer requirements. 5、協(xié)調(diào)公司技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)等部門妥善履行已簽署的銷售合同，并確?？蛻舭磿r支付款項。 Coordinate company technical, production, and service resources to properly execute signed sales contracts, and ensure customer make payment in time. 6、通過提供杰出的支持，并作為深受信任的顧問，在整個銷售過程中引導(dǎo)客戶。 Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support. 7、深入理解客戶的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、銷售目標(biāo)及策略、定價、交付安裝政策及上述實踐，以期恰當(dāng)回應(yīng)客戶的要求。 Maintain thorough knowledge of the Client’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond properly to customer requests. 8、維護(hù)公司客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)，保證所有的價格、銷售行為、客戶數(shù)據(jù)、機(jī)會等數(shù)據(jù)記錄的準(zhǔn)確。 Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales activities, customer data, opportunities, etc. via company CRM system. 9、準(zhǔn)備并提交準(zhǔn)確的、更新的銷售預(yù)測。 Manage and ensure accurate and updated sales forecast. 10、向銷售總監(jiān)報告所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售活動及業(yè)績。 Report sales activities and performance for assigned market to sales director. 11、確保遵守所有相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)要求。 Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. 12、完成上級及公司交辦的其他任務(wù)。 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and company. |
