主要工作職責(zé)： Job responsibilities: 1. 負(fù)責(zé)擠出機(jī)及配套設(shè)備的電氣控制柜配盤、接線、布線及整體電氣系統(tǒng)安裝工作。 Responsible for the electrical control cabinet wiring, termination, routing, and overall electrical system installation for extruders and auxiliary equipment. 2. 根據(jù)電氣原理圖、接線圖及工藝要求，獨(dú)立完成電氣元件的選型核對、安裝與線路連接。并對過程中出現(xiàn)的問題及時(shí)進(jìn)行反饋。 Independently complete the selection verification, installation, and wiring of electrical components according to electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and process requirements, and provide timely feedback on any issues encountered during the process. 3. 依據(jù)BOM文件核對物料的型號(hào)、規(guī)格及數(shù)量等信息是否齊備。 Check the completeness of material information such as model, specification, and quantity against the BOM (Bill of Materials) documents. 4. 遵守公司裝配規(guī)范及安全生產(chǎn)制度，做好工具、儀表及工作區(qū)域的5S管理。 Comply with the company's assembly specifications and safety production regulations, and maintain good 5S management of tools, instruments, and the work area. 5. 完成上級/經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作。公司管理層、員工手冊和相關(guān)主管交辦事項(xiàng)與職責(zé)。 All other duties requested by the supervisor, employee handbook and company management. 任職資格： Qualification: 1. 中專及以上學(xué)歷，需要低壓電工證。 Technical school education or above, major in electrical, need low voltage electrician certificate. 2. 5年以上機(jī)械制造行業(yè)電氣裝配經(jīng)驗(yàn) More than 5 years of electrical assembly experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry. 3. 能熟練看懂電氣原理圖、端子圖、布局圖，熟悉變頻器、伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器、PLC、溫控儀表及繼電器等元件的接線。 Proficient in reading electrical schematic diagrams, terminal diagrams, and layout drawings; familiar with the wiring of components such as frequency converters, servo drives, PLCs, temperature control instruments, and relays. 4. 掌握基本的辦公軟件操作。 Basic knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Word). 5. 良好的溝通能力，有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神以及自我提升意愿。 Good communication skills, strong team spirit, self-driven. 6. 溝通能力強(qiáng)，邏輯清晰，并能承擔(dān)壓力。 Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure. 7. 工作積極主動(dòng)，踏實(shí)細(xì)心，有責(zé)任心。 Proactive, work carefully, and have strong sense of responsibility. |
