一、崗位職責 Responsibilities of the position： 1、Responsible for mechanical design of new products, able to independently complete middle to high-complexity mechanical design tasks and deliver relevant technical documents such as 3D/2D design drawings, BOM lists, design calculations ,operation manuals and so on 負責新產(chǎn)品的機械設(shè)計，能獨立完成中、高復(fù)雜度的機械設(shè)計工作，并輸出設(shè)計（3D/2D）圖紙、BOM、設(shè)計計算過程、手冊等相關(guān)技術(shù)文件。. 2、Complete equipment final layout drawings based on inputs from project managers and on-site customer requirements. 根據(jù)項目經(jīng)理的輸入和客戶現(xiàn)場要求完成設(shè)備的最終布局圖. 3、Provide technical support for technical and process issues during production. 對生產(chǎn)過程中的技術(shù)和工藝問題提供技術(shù)支持。 4、Provide professional technical support to relevant departments. 為相關(guān)部門提供日常技術(shù)支持與問題解決方案。 5、公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by line manager. 二、崗位要求 Requirements for the position： 1、Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical design related; 機械設(shè)計相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷; 2、More than 5 years of mechanical design working experience, with working experience in foreign-funded (European) machinery manufacturing enterprises are preferred; 從事機械設(shè)計工作5年及以上，有外資（歐美）機械制造類企業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先； 3、Have complete machine design experience, proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other design software.; 具備整機設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，熟練運用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等設(shè)計繪圖軟件; 4、Familiar with design and selection of various transmission mechanisms, able to calculate mechanical structural strength, and well-versed in metal heat treatment and surface treatment processes; 精通各類傳動機構(gòu)設(shè)計選型，可完成機械結(jié)構(gòu)強度校核計算，熟悉金屬熱處理與表面處理工藝； 5、Have a basic understanding of infrastructure-related expertise 具備一定基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施相關(guān)專業(yè)知識與認知基礎(chǔ) 6、Prior experience in hydraulic system design and analysis is preferred。 具備液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 |
