-崗位職責(zé)： Responsible for the end-to-end management of new project packaging solutions, including design development, proofing verification, and optimal packaging material selection based on product characteristics to achieve a balanced approach between compatibility and cost-effectiveness. - 負(fù)責(zé)新項目包裝方案的全流程管理，包括方案設(shè)計、打樣驗(yàn)證，結(jié)合產(chǎn)品特性完成最優(yōu)包裝選型，實(shí)現(xiàn)適配性與成本效益的雙重平衡。 - Coordinate with suppliers to conduct a review of incoming packaging solutions to ensure they meet the company's quality, logistics, and production requirements. - 對接供應(yīng)商開展來料包裝方案評審，確保其符合公司質(zhì)量、物流及生產(chǎn)作業(yè)要求。 - Oversee the planning and optimization of production line-side storage locations, flow rack layouts, and in-plant logistics routes to improve material flow efficiency and space utilization. - 統(tǒng)籌生產(chǎn)線邊庫位、流利架布局及廠內(nèi)物流路徑的規(guī)劃與優(yōu)化，提升物料流轉(zhuǎn)效率與空間利用率。 - Develop standardized packaging solutions for in-plant injection-molded parts, compile and is-sue Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize on-site operation processes. - 制定廠內(nèi)注塑件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化包裝方案，編制并下發(fā)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書（SOP），規(guī)范現(xiàn)場作業(yè)流程。 - Responsible for the daily maintenance and update of the Production Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring the accuracy and consistency of production data. - 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)物料清單（BOM）的日常維護(hù)與更新，保障生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性與一致性。 - Complete the calculation of investment quantities for in-plant and off-plant returnable contai-ners and fixtures, establish a full lifecycle control mechanism, and realize the efficient utiliza-tion and cost control of returnable assets. - 完成廠內(nèi)、廠外周轉(zhuǎn)料箱及器具的投入量測算，建立全生命周期管控機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)周轉(zhuǎn)資產(chǎn)的高效利用與成本管控。 - Other tasks asigned by superior. - 上級安排的其他任務(wù)。 任職資格： － College degree or above, with a background in logistics and supply chain 大專學(xué)歷及以上，物流供應(yīng)鏈方面背景 － At least 5 years experience in packaging or logistic planning in manufacturing environment 至少5年汽車零部件制造環(huán)境中的包裝或物流規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn) － Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills and highly customer oriented 良好的人際交往、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，高度以客戶為導(dǎo)向 － Basic Business English in verbal and written 具備商務(wù)英語口語及書面基礎(chǔ)能力 － Strong team player, pro-active, able to work under stressful environment and able to work inde-pendently 具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊合作精神，積極主動，能夠在壓力環(huán)境下工作，能夠獨(dú)立工作 － Be familiar with SAP system 熟悉SAP系統(tǒng) |
