1.前臺(tái)與接待管理Reception Management - 接待訪客,為訪客及員工提供指引和協(xié)助。 Welcome visitors, providing guidance and assistance to both visitors and employees. - 處理內(nèi)外線電話,確保信息傳遞及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確。 Handle internal and external calls, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery. - 管理郵件和包裹的工作。 Manage mail and package receipt and distribution. - 負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)議室的預(yù)訂、布置及日常維護(hù)。 Oversee meeting room reservations, setup, and daily maintenance. 2.物資管理與采購支持Supplies Management and Procurement Support - 協(xié)助采購辦公用品、工作服及其他必需品,并做好庫存管理。 Assist in the procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and other essentials while maintaining inventory records. - 統(tǒng)計(jì)和訂購公司員工午餐及加班餐,并協(xié)助費(fèi)用結(jié)算。 Track and order employee lunches and overtime meals, assisting with cost settlement. - 協(xié)助員工名片的設(shè)計(jì)、制作和發(fā)放工作。 Support the design, production, and distribution of employee business cards. 3.數(shù)據(jù)整理與報(bào)告Data Compilation and Reporting - 協(xié)助整理公司車輛使用及費(fèi)用相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并按月制作分析報(bào)告。 Assist in compiling data related to company vehicle usage and expenses, preparing monthly analytical reports. - 協(xié)助機(jī)票預(yù)訂及費(fèi)用統(tǒng)計(jì),并生成月度報(bào)表。 Help with flight bookings and expense tracking, generating monthly reports. 4.第三方供應(yīng)商協(xié)作管理Vendor Collaboration Management 協(xié)助日常管理外部供應(yīng)商,包括保潔、安保和食堂等服務(wù)。 - Support the daily management of external vendors, including cleaning, security, and cafeteria services. 跟進(jìn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出改進(jìn)建議。 Monitor service quality, promptly identifying issues and proposing improvement suggestions. 5.行政支持與活動(dòng)協(xié)助Administrative Support and Event Assistance - 協(xié)助策劃和支持公司各類活動(dòng),包括場地布置、酒店預(yù)訂和相關(guān)費(fèi)用結(jié)算。 Assist in planning and supporting company events, including venue setup, hotel bookings, and related expense settlements. 6.其他事務(wù)Other Duties - 協(xié)助優(yōu)化行政流程,提高工作效率。 Support the optimization of administrative processes to enhance efficiency. - 積極學(xué)習(xí)企業(yè)文化,協(xié)助推動(dòng)跨文化溝通與合作。 Actively learn the corporate culture and help promote cross-cultural communication and collaboration. 7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要,完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. |
