| 工作描述： |
1. Mainly responsible for entire plastic EDB (Edgeband) printing/surface treatment machinery and relative technology’s sourcing, developing and studying in Asia, and combine into Rehau standard to reinforce them into all EDB plants worldwide. 2. Manage internal projects, research process concepts and REHAU machinery under deadline and cost constraints. Review existing processes, identify alternative technologies, and drive qualification. 3. Collaborate closely with European Process/Engineering teams. Act as expert in printing/lacquering (incl. digitalization), surface treatment (UV/plasma/excimer), and related accessories (printing/embossing rollers, inkjets). 4. Lead and support negotiations with APAC suppliers or potential partners. 5. CE-compliant layout of designs by taking valid standards and specifications as well as required calculations regarding strength, statics, flow and heat transfer into account. 6. Drawings are made acc. to valid standards and relevant REHAU Internal Technical Standards. 7. Coordinating with process groups, plants and control engineering. 8. Compiling the parts list in line with standards by means of an in-house developed tool. 9. Designing and compiling production and assembly drawings for external mechanical engineering, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams. 10. Compiling the risk analysis required for CE-compliant documentation as well as the operating instructions. 11. Machine approvals at the manufacturer regarding the order volume for design. 12. Managing technical files with fixed specifications in terms of deadlines and costs. 13. Managing technical transfers to AM, EMEA, India and other countries, including installation and commissioning work. 14. Give technical support in case of technical/process relevant issues. 15. Conduct training in all EDB plants as well. 16. Observance of the REHAU HSE management system. |

| 其它要求： |
1) EDUCATION Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical or engineering, especially in mechanical and electrical integration . 2) EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years working experience in plastic sheet/paper/ printing/surface treatment machinery and relative technology, related industries or area preferred. Working experience in digital printing process or projects will be interested specifically. 3) SKILLS Strong English writing and speaking ability. Processing Engineering or project background preferred. Good negotiating skills, creative, open -minded. Ability to travel. Strong-minded, result-oriented, teamwork spirit, initiative. Familiar with CAD and SolidWorks. |
