| 工作描述： |
1. Responsible for initiating new projects (injection molded products such as bottle preforms and bottle caps), tracking progress, and verifying and introducing molds. 負責新項目（瓶胚、瓶蓋等注塑產(chǎn)品）立項、進度跟進、模具驗證與導入。 2. Maintain efficient communication with the company's technology center, synchronize project progress and technical difficulties, and promote project implementation. 與公司技術中心保持高效溝通，同步項目進度、技術難點，推動項目落地。 3. Coordinate with relevant departments for new product production scheduling, verification, and shipment. 協(xié)調(diào)相關部門進行新產(chǎn)品排產(chǎn)、驗證、出貨等。 4. Maintain daily communication with the client, accurately understand and convey the client's quality standards, synchronize project progress, and promptly address issues raised by the client. 與客戶保持日常溝通，準確理解傳達客戶質(zhì)量標準、同步項目進度并及時處理客戶提出的問題。 5. Ensure that all the latest product information and changes are updated and implemented internally. 確保所有最新的產(chǎn)品信息及變更在內(nèi)部得到更新并執(zhí)行。 6. Provide packaging solutions for new products and optimize existing product packaging solutions. 提供新產(chǎn)品包裝方案，優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品包裝方案。 7、Supporting new business to make solution proposal that requires complex competence and experience, such as mold, process, IM machine, downstream(slitting, folding, CCD), layout, food grade environment, auxiliary machine, manpower design, quality criteria of food product; 支持新業(yè)務，能基于豐富的經(jīng)驗，提出解決方案建議，如模具、工藝、注塑機、下游（分切、折疊、CCD）、布局、食品級環(huán)境、輔助機器、人力設計、食品質(zhì)量標準。 |

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical/automation and related majors. 機械/自動化及相關專業(yè)的學士學位及以上； 2. At least 3 years of work experience in the injection molding industry, with 2 years of project management experience, preferably in plastic packaging projects. 3年以上注塑行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，2年以上項目管理經(jīng)驗，塑料包裝項目優(yōu)先； 3. Familiar with standards of FSC22000 is preferred. 熟悉 FSC22000 標準者優(yōu)先； 4. Good Oral English skill. 良好的英語口語表達能力； 5. Project management skills, communication skills, leadership, and the ability to maintain good cooperation with (TC), suppliers, and factories. 項目管理技能、溝通技能、領導力，能同（TC）、供應商和工廠之間保持良好的合作； 6. Solid IM background, familiarity with injection molding process, injection molding equipment, mold structure, especially bottle preform/cap molding is preferred. 具備堅實的注塑背景；熟悉注塑工藝、注塑設備、模具結構、尤其瓶胚 / 瓶蓋成型優(yōu)先； 7. Planning and time management skills, Project engineer certificate is preferred. 具備規(guī)劃和時間管理能力; 擁有項目工程師證書者優(yōu)先。 |
