| 工作描述： |
1.Participate in the quotation of potential project. 參與潛在項(xiàng)目的報(bào)價(jià)工作。 2.Participate in the design of logistics concept, packaging concept review and submission. 參與項(xiàng)目物流方案的設(shè)計(jì)，包裝方案的審核及提交。 3.Familiar with customer logistics standards and requirements. 熟悉客戶物流規(guī)范及要求。 4.SAP System and customer's portal operation. SAP系統(tǒng)和客戶門戶網(wǎng)站的操作。 5.Management of customer's order and forecast. 客戶訂單和預(yù)測(cè)管理。 6.Production planning based on customer's release,production capacity and stock status. 根據(jù)客戶的預(yù)測(cè)，產(chǎn)能和庫(kù)存狀況制訂相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。 7.Release P/O to suppliers, follow up supplier on-time delivery to ensure production. 釋放材料需求給供應(yīng)商，并追蹤及時(shí)入貨保證生產(chǎn)。 8.Daily monitor raw materials coverage, fulfillment of production order and customer call-offs satisfication. 日常監(jiān)督原材料滿足狀況，生產(chǎn)工單的完成狀況以及客戶訂單的滿足情況。 9.Enginering change, breakpoint and E&O materials management. 工程變更，斷點(diǎn)以及E&O物料管理。 10.Supplier logistics performance management. 供應(yīng)商物流績(jī)效管理 11.Aftersales management. 售后管理。 12.Fast response and disposal of customer claim. 客戶投訴的快速響應(yīng)和處理。 13.Identify potential supply risks in the process of material management and make continuous improvement. 識(shí)別物料管理過(guò)程中存在的潛在供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，持續(xù)改進(jìn)。 14.Monthly report filling and analysis, take activities to improve inventory turnover, cost saving etc. 月報(bào)表填報(bào)及分析，積極采取措施提高庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率，降低成本等。 15.Other activities to improve process efficiency & accuracy, inventory optimization,cost saving. 其它用于提高流程效率和精確度，庫(kù)存優(yōu)化，節(jié)約成本的行為。 16.Complete other tasks assigned by Superior. 完成上級(jí)安排的其他任務(wù)。 |
