Academic 學(xué)歷 University Graduate or above Major in science and engineering 本科或以上學(xué)歷，理工科專業(yè) Experience工作經(jīng)驗 1.Minimum 6 years service experience in plastic industry 6年以上塑料行業(yè)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗 2.Familiar with industries such as automotive, electronics, medical, and plastic processing 熟悉汽車、電子、醫(yī)療、塑料加工等行業(yè) 3.More than 4 years of experience in managing service teams nationwide 4年以上全國范圍的服務(wù)團隊管理經(jīng)驗。 Job Skill工作技能 1.Familiar with plastic industry service and technical areas. 熟悉塑料行業(yè)的服務(wù)和技術(shù)領(lǐng)域 2.With after-sales service team management experience for China 具有中國區(qū)售后服務(wù)團隊管理經(jīng)驗 Job Duties工作職責(zé) 1.Responsible for establishing and optimizing the operational management system, business process standards, and relevant assessment criteria for the technical service team 負責(zé)建立并優(yōu)化技術(shù)服務(wù)團隊的運營管理制度、業(yè)務(wù)流程規(guī)范及相關(guān)考核標準 2.Responsible for internal resource coordination and collaboration with related departments such as R&D, procurement, customer service and Quality 負責(zé)與研發(fā)、采購、客服及質(zhì)量等關(guān)聯(lián)部門進行內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)和協(xié)作 3.Supervise and analyze after-sales service data, promptly handle customer complaints, provide satisfactory solutions to customers, and improve the overall quality of after-sales service. 監(jiān)督和分析售后服務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)，及時處理客訴，給客戶提供滿意得解決方案，提高整體的售后服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 4.Develop and implement after-sales service strategies, set corresponding after-sales service strategies based on the company's development strategy and market demand, and effectively implement them to enhance the company's reputation 制定和實施售后服務(wù)策略，根據(jù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和市場需求，設(shè)定相應(yīng)的售后服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略，并有效執(zhí)行，提升公司口碑。 5.Responsible for organizing the establish and maintain customer relationships, maintain good cooperative relationships, arrange regular follow-up visits with team engineers to understand customer needs and feedback, and provide timely solutions to customer requirements 負責(zé)組織建立并維護客戶關(guān)系，保持良好合作關(guān)系，安排團隊工程師定期回訪，了解客戶需求和反饋，及時提供客戶的需求方案 6.Responsible for organizing the writing of relevant after-sales technical service manuals and materials based on product development and upgrades 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和升級，負責(zé)組織編寫相關(guān)的售后技術(shù)服務(wù)手冊和資料 7.Work closely with the sales team to provide after-sales technical support and assist in improving sales performance 與銷售團隊密切合作，提供售后技術(shù)支持，協(xié)助提高銷售業(yè)績. 8.Responsible for formulating sales strategies related to spare parts, services, maintenance, and equipment upgrades, supervising the completion of the team's spare parts sales targets, and increase the company's spare parts sales. 負責(zé)制定備件，服務(wù)，保養(yǎng)及設(shè)備升級等銷售策略，監(jiān)督完成團隊的備件銷售目標，提高公司的備件銷售額 9.Finish the other daily work arranged by your supervisor. 完成上級領(lǐng)帶安排的其他日常工作 |
