工作描述: 主要工作職責(zé):
Job responsibilities:
1. 協(xié)助部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)開展各項(xiàng)人事、行政等相關(guān)工作,搭建高效的人事工作流程,配合完成部門整體工作目標(biāo)。
Assist the department leader in carrying out various HR and adminstration-related work, establish efficient HR work processes, and cooperate to achieve the overall work objectives of the department.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)公司人事系統(tǒng)的日常維護(hù)與管理、員工出勤及休假管理,及時(shí)更新員工信息、錄入人事相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),保障系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行,為人事決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the company's HR system, as well as employee attendance and leave management. Update employee information and enter HR-related data in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the system and provide data support for HR decision-making.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)招聘工作,完成招聘需求對(duì)接、簡(jiǎn)歷篩選、面試邀約、入職辦理等全流程事宜,保障招聘工作高效推進(jìn)。
Be responsible for recruitment work, complete the whole process of recruitment demand docking, resume screening, interview invitation, and onboarding procedures to ensure the efficient progress of recruitment work.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)員工薪酬相關(guān)工作,包括薪酬核算、社保公積金及其他相關(guān)費(fèi)用的申報(bào)與繳納,確保薪酬發(fā)放及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確,合規(guī)完成費(fèi)用繳納流程。
Be responsible for employee salary-related work, including salary calculation, declaration and payment of social security, provident fund and other related expenses, to ensure timely and accurate salary payment and compliance with the expense payment process
5. 負(fù)責(zé)勞動(dòng)合同全生命周期管理,包括合同簽訂、續(xù)簽、變更、解除、歸檔等工作,嚴(yán)格遵守勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī),規(guī)避用工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
Be responsible for the whole life cycle management of labor contracts, including contract signing, renewal, modification, termination, and filing. Strictly abide by labor laws and regulations to avoid employment risks.
6. 組織公司員工培訓(xùn)及各類企業(yè)文化活動(dòng),協(xié)助制定培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、落實(shí)培訓(xùn)執(zhí)行,統(tǒng)籌活動(dòng)策劃與落地。
Organize training and various corporate culture activities, assist in formulating training plans, implementing training execution, and coordinating the planning and implementation of activities.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)公司行政相關(guān)事務(wù)的處理。
Be responsible for handling the company's administrative-related affairs.
8. 完成各類人事、行政等工作報(bào)表。
Complete all personnel and administrative reports
9. 積極配合完成公司管理層、員工手冊(cè)及直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
Complete other work tasks assigned by the company's management, in accordance with the employee handbook and by the direct leader.


任職資格:
Qualification:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or related fields is preferred.
2. 具備良好的抗壓能力,能快速適應(yīng)工作節(jié)奏,高效應(yīng)對(duì)各類工作挑戰(zhàn)。
Good pressure resistance, be able to quickly adapt to the work rhythm and efficiently respond to various work challenges.
3. 具備極強(qiáng)的工作理解力、執(zhí)行力和責(zé)任心,高效落實(shí)各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù),做到事事有回應(yīng)、件件有閉環(huán)。
Have strong work comprehension, execution and sense of responsibility, efficiently implement various work tasks, and ensure that every matter is responded to and closed.
4. 工作積極主動(dòng),有較強(qiáng)的主觀能動(dòng)性,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)工作中的問(wèn)題并主動(dòng)解決,不推諉、不敷衍。
Be proactive in work, have strong initiative, be good at finding and solving problems in work, and not shirk or perfunctory.
5. 為人務(wù)實(shí)誠(chéng)信,品行端正,原則性強(qiáng),嚴(yán)格遵守公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,妥善保管公司人事及行政相關(guān)機(jī)密信息。

7. 具備基礎(chǔ)的人事、行政工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,熟悉勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)、薪酬核算流程者加分。
