主要工作職責(zé)： Job responsibilities: 1.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)線前期規(guī)劃，協(xié)助銷售人員與客戶溝通技術(shù)支持，提供銷售階段所需工藝流程圖、初期布置圖等設(shè)計(jì)方案；適應(yīng)短期出差。 Responsible for pre-phase planning of production lines; help sales teams in providing technical support during customer communications and deliver design solutions required for the sales phase (e.g., process flow diagrams, preliminary layout drawings); willing to take short-term business trips. 2.訂單執(zhí)行階段，負(fù)責(zé)上下游技術(shù)溝通，能夠提供和繪制基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)資料和設(shè)計(jì)圖用于非標(biāo)定制。 During the order execution phase, responsible for technical communication with upstream and downstream parties; capable of providing and drafting basic design documents and drawings for non-standard customization. 3.主導(dǎo)兩維/三維總圖方案設(shè)計(jì)，涵蓋總平面布局、土建提資、公用工程提資、接管圖/接管表、鋼構(gòu)提資、洞孔載荷圖等，并完成方案比選與優(yōu)化。 Lead 2D/3D general layout design, including general layout, building requirements, utility requirement, tie-in drawings/tie-in lists, steel structure concept drawing, opening & load drawings, etc.; conduct scheme comparison, selection, and optimization. 4.根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需求繪制管道及儀表流程圖（P&ID），進(jìn)行管道布置。生成管道軸測(cè)圖紙或者正交圖紙。 Make piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) and conduct piping layout according to project requirements; generate piping isometric drawings or piping orthogonal drawings. 5.對(duì)粉塵防爆氣體防爆，建筑防火，建筑結(jié)構(gòu)有一定的了解。 Possess a certain level of knowledge in dust explosion protection, gas explosion protection, building fire protection, and building structures. 6.項(xiàng)目支持：對(duì)于需要提供整線方案的項(xiàng)目，協(xié)助銷售進(jìn)行上下游配套設(shè)備的開(kāi)發(fā)，指導(dǎo)并監(jiān)督分包商完成客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安裝工作。 Project support: For the projects that need to provide the Whole line solution, assist the sales to develop the upstream and downstream supporting equipment, guide and supervise the subcontractors to complete the installation task on the customer site. 7.公司管理層，員工手冊(cè)和直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦事項(xiàng)與職責(zé)。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. |

任職資格： Qualification: 1.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，化工機(jī)械、過(guò)程裝備與控制工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。 Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Process Control, Automation or related majors. 2.具備英語(yǔ)讀寫能力，能夠處理英文郵件（CET-4及以上）。 Proficient in English reading and writing, capable of handling English emails (CET-4 or above). 3.3年以上化工工藝方案及設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、方案設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有橡塑機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 Better than 3 years’ experience of mechanical design. Experience in rubber and plastic machinery design is preferred. 4.熟練掌握AutoCAD，office等辦公軟件。 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other office software. 5.熟練掌握3D設(shè)計(jì)軟件，Inventor設(shè)計(jì)軟件優(yōu)先考慮。 Familiar with 3D design software，Inventor is a plus. 6.能適應(yīng)短期出差并在設(shè)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作。 Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork. 7.溝通能力強(qiáng)，邏輯清晰，并能承擔(dān)壓力。 Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure. |
