Main tasks主要任務(wù) : 1.Overall manage pump engineering activities in CTS, including but not limited to parts localization projects, customer project execution, build and expand capabilities in CTS for pump assembly and test, process optimization including test bench upgrade and so on. 完成CTS泵的相關(guān)工程技術(shù)工作，包括但不限于零部件國產(chǎn)化，客戶項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行，建立和拓展CTS泵裝配和測試的能力，相關(guān)流程的優(yōu)化包括測試平臺(tái)的升級(jí)等。 2.Technically lead pump localization projects, including but not limited to local vendor development, new parts qualification, trial assembly and test for prototypes, finalize reports, etc. 從技術(shù)上支持泵國產(chǎn)化項(xiàng)目，包括但不限于發(fā)展供應(yīng)商，新零件的認(rèn)證，國產(chǎn)零部件的試裝、測試、形成最終報(bào)告等。 3.Be responsible for design of local made pumps for customer projects, including but not limited to study customer specifications and related product standards, create GA, PID, EDS, IDL, etc. for customer needs, design and prepare drawings, BoMs, PRs for materials procurement, production, inspection, testing, packing and so on, on quality and on time. 負(fù)責(zé)國產(chǎn)低溫泵的客戶項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)，包括但不限于研究客戶規(guī)范及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，創(chuàng)建GA、PID、EDS/MDS、IDL等客戶用圖紙和資料，設(shè)計(jì)并準(zhǔn)備采購、生產(chǎn)、測試、包裝用的圖紙、BOM、PR等。 4.Provide on-site supports for pump production, testing and packing, including service pumps. 為泵生產(chǎn)、測試、包裝等提供現(xiàn)場支持。 5.Participating investigation and assessment for new suppliers for pump. 參與供應(yīng)商能力調(diào)查及評(píng)估 6.Participating assessment and creation of manufacturing and quality control process for pump. 參與泵的制造、質(zhì)量控制流程的評(píng)估和建立 7.Technical support for sales and proposal team upon needs during bidding and contract review stage including pump type selectin for technical offers. 根據(jù)需要在投標(biāo)和合同評(píng)審階段給銷售和方案部門提供技術(shù)支持包括泵的選型。 8.Participating safety risk assessment during pump assembly, testing, installation and operation upon needs. 參與泵裝配、測試、安裝、運(yùn)行相關(guān)的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估 9.Be in compliance with code of conduct, EHS, quality process/procedure and other relevant rules, policies released by company during daily work, complete trainings, drills and other tasks assigned by company and manager in time. 遵守公司的行為準(zhǔn)則，EHS，質(zhì)量相關(guān)的流程和程序，以及其它的規(guī)定和政策，按時(shí)完成公司或經(jīng)理相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)、演練及其它任務(wù)。 |

Must必備技能 1..More than 3 years of experience in the pump (water pumps, chemical pumps can be) industry work. 3年以上泵（水泵，化工泵亦可）行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 2.Bachelor or above. major in mechanical engineering will be an advantage機(jī)械工程學(xué)專業(yè)，本科學(xué)歷及以上 3.Familiar with CAD design, and have good knowledge in Auto CAD and 3D software(SolidWorks preferred) 熟悉CAD設(shè)計(jì)，能熟悉使Auto CAD、3D設(shè)計(jì)軟件（SolidWorks優(yōu)先） 4.Mechanical design, create drawings with relevant software, manufacturing process, communication skills機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)， 制圖， 加工工藝，溝通技巧 Preferred優(yōu)選項(xiàng) 1.Cryogenic centrifugal Pump knowledge and design, manufacturing experience, familiar with the relevant industry standards 低溫離心泵的知識(shí)和設(shè)計(jì)、制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 2.Knowledge of electrical design of motors is desirable, independently carried out centrifugal pump product development, familiar with the product's full life cycle management process. 懂電機(jī)電氣設(shè)計(jì)為佳，獨(dú)立進(jìn)行過離心泵產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，熟悉產(chǎn)品的全生命周期管理流程 |
