職責(zé) Responsibilities 1.按照作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行 CMM測(cè)量，填寫(xiě)測(cè)量記錄。 Measure products by using CMM according to the working instruction and fill in measurement records. 2.分析測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)向上級(jí)報(bào)告，并提出解決方案。 Analyze measurement data and if find problem he or she should report it to the superior immediately and put forward solution. 3. 整理測(cè)量原始記錄，并存檔。 Tidy up the original measurement records and archive them. 4. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核和產(chǎn)品的巡撿，并做好記錄。 Be in charge of on-the-spot audit and products checking by tour, and making good records. 5. 負(fù)責(zé)日常維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)檢測(cè)設(shè)備。 Be responsible for daily measurement equipments’ maintenance. 6. 其它未列測(cè)量任務(wù)，和上級(jí)交待的其它工作。 Be responsible for other measuring tasks not listed above and other tasks assigned by the superior. 7. 本區(qū)域內(nèi) 5S工作。 Conduct 5S in the working area. 任職資格Post qualification (★強(qiáng)制要求Mandatory requirement ◆首選要求Preferred requirement ) 1. 學(xué)歷 Education Background ★中專(zhuān)、技校學(xué)歷 Technical secondary school ◆大專(zhuān)學(xué)歷 College degree 2. 專(zhuān)業(yè) Major ★無(wú) None ◆機(jī)械或測(cè)量 Mechanical or Measurement 3. 專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills ★能夠熟練使用 CMM和其它通用量具測(cè)量產(chǎn)品。 Be proficient in using CMM and other ordinary gauges to measure products. ★熟悉工程圖紙。 Be familiar with engineering drawings. ★能夠熟練使用 Office軟件。 Be proficient in using Office software. ◆具備 ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001的基本知識(shí)。有內(nèi)審員證書(shū)更佳。 Have basic knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001, and it’s better to have qualification of internal auditor. 4. 經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience ★無(wú) None ◆1年以上測(cè)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Over 1 year experience of measuring 5. 語(yǔ)言 Language ★無(wú) None 6. 個(gè)人素質(zhì) Personality ★具備強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，工作態(tài)度積極，能夠高效率地工作。 Have a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player; Proactive and high efficient |
