主要職責（Main Responsibilities）: • Running Production area（生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的運行） o Keep the IM machine （IM-cap & IM- PET）running smoothly 保持注塑設備(蓋模，瓶坯模)的平穩(wěn)運行 o Mould changeover 換模 o Adjust the machine to get the good quality demanded by customer 調(diào)節(jié)設備使產(chǎn)品滿足客戶要求 o Supervising on inspection of the product quality and respond the quality feedback from inspector, carries out the proper action. o 負責產(chǎn)品質量的在線監(jiān)控，對質檢員的質量反饋做出反饋并及時采取措施改進。 o Records the production daily report according to the actual production status and the down time. 根據(jù)實際的生產(chǎn)情況和停機時間準確記錄生產(chǎn)日報 o Keep good housekeeping in working area accordingly o 保持工作區(qū)域的整潔 • Understands and follow company policies and procedures 理解并遵守公司各項政策和程序 • Ensure a safe manner by following company regulations 確保安全的生產(chǎn)行為滿足公司相關規(guī)定 • Working in the Team（團隊合作） o Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible 確保團隊高效工作。 • Others（其它）： Involves in any tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor 參與主管指派的任何任務或項目 資格要求（Qualifications）： • Min High School Diploma or equivalent • 高中或相當學歷。 • Injection molding background 注塑背景. • Good process knowledge of IM-cap & IM- PET 熟悉PP，PE注塑蓋模，PET瓶坯注塑模具的操作。 • Experience in set up / adjustment production line 有生產(chǎn)線安裝和調(diào)試經(jīng)驗。 資質/技能（Qualifications/Skills）: • Independent and good problem solving capabilities 良好的獨立解決問題的能力 • Able to work under pressure 能夠在壓力下工作 • Able to shift working, overtime working 能夠倒班，加班。 |
