| 工作描述： |
1）管理生產(chǎn)部值班長/主管和操作工，工作分配，保證生產(chǎn)和質量目標的實現(xiàn)； Supervise the shift leader/ supervisor and operators, distribute the task, and guarantee the production and the quality target; 2）根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝，制定相應的作業(yè)流程和作業(yè)標準，要求生產(chǎn)部員工嚴格執(zhí)行作業(yè)流程,并進行相應的監(jiān)督和 培訓,發(fā)現(xiàn)不良與質量下降能作出相應的分析與改善； Draw up the work flow and the work standard according to the production technique, give training to the worker and control the execution of all the work flow; 產(chǎn)車間實行5S管理，要求生產(chǎn)部員工嚴格執(zhí)行5S； Control and manage the 5S in the workshop; 確認生產(chǎn)進度與生產(chǎn)異常跟蹤處理,監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)達成率； Confirm the production process and production exception tracking; control the production efficiency and production realization rate. 落實生產(chǎn)計劃的達成，確保產(chǎn)品的按時交付； Accomplish the production plan; make sure that the deliver is on time; 對生產(chǎn)過程的管理和控制； Manage and control the production process; 負責生產(chǎn)部員工的技能培訓和績效考核； Be in charge of the skill training and evaluation for the worker; 生產(chǎn)部相關報表的制作及匯報； Make the relative report of the production and report to the General Manager; 月末、年末協(xié)助財務部、倉庫對在產(chǎn)品物料的盤點； Provide assistance to finance and warehouse by making inventory of the material at the end of the year; 遵守安全規(guī)范，教導員工安全生產(chǎn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)安全隱患及時改善； Obey the safety standard, deliver the safe working policy, at the appearance of the hidden danger remove it and make it better in time; 隨時掌握生產(chǎn)過程中的質量狀態(tài)，協(xié)調各部門之間的溝通與合作，及時解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問題； Be in control of the quality state in the production, associate with relative departments and work together with them to solve the problems in the production; 與生產(chǎn)計劃部門積極溝通,保證機組能夠按時保質完成. Keep gut contact with production planning; assure the on time accomplishment of task and also the quality; 督促員工嚴格按照作業(yè)流程操作,發(fā)現(xiàn)不良與質量下降能作出相應的分析與改善； Keep the worker working as the work flow instruction, analyze the disorder and low quality and improve it. 關注所管轄設備，配合技術部門作好設備管理工作,對產(chǎn)能所需設備作出統(tǒng)籌安排和預算； Take care of the equipments, manage the equipments with technique department, organize and plan the use of the equipments according to the production; 參與精益生產(chǎn),持續(xù)推動生產(chǎn)效率提高,減少各方面對生產(chǎn)的浪費； Participate in “proficient production”, improve the production efficiency, and reduce the waste in the production; 制定年度產(chǎn)能分析，提出人力與設備增置計劃（人員需求申請和設備、工具申請）； Analyze the annual productivity, make plan for personnel requirement and equipments purchase; 統(tǒng)計員工定額完成情況、制定下年度產(chǎn)量定額及生產(chǎn)部獎金系統(tǒng)方案（包括值班長和操作工）； Record the task accomplishment state of the worker, plan the production task and make the bonus proposal for the next year (including shift leader and operator); 本部門員工獎懲提報； Plan and report the rewords and punishment of the workers; 總經(jīng)理交代的臨時生產(chǎn)事項。 Take over the temporary production job assigned by general manager. |

You task will be to develop our production department and bring the organization and processes to the next level and lead the relevant people. Departments as plastic injection, metal parts processing (milling, drilling, grinding) should be familiar to you. You can speak English or German fluently. With your experienced knowledge and strong leadership skills you take responsibility immediately and take action fast. You can work under pressure and deal with difficult subordinates and you want to take full responsiblity. Achieving western production standards in China is a realistic goal for you.
