RESPONSIBILITES: 工作職責 ? Conduct routine testing following the standards requirements，Conduct non-standard testing based on special customer requirements. Record test data and be able to analyze and communicate results (e.g. notice irregularities) 根據(jù)標準進行常規(guī)測試，根據(jù)客戶特殊要求做非標測試。記錄測試數(shù)據(jù)，并能夠分析和匯報結(jié)果（例如：留意并指出異常情況） ? Install and operate fixtures /equipment 安裝和操作夾具/設(shè)備 ? Assisting to develop and design test equipment/fixtures that meets required standards 協(xié)助開發(fā)和設(shè)計符合要求標準的測試夾具和設(shè)備 ? Carry out routine equipment maintenance 執(zhí)行設(shè)備常規(guī)維護 ? Maintain a clean tools and working environment 保持工具和工作環(huán)境整潔 ? Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies 遵守公司所有健康，安全及環(huán)境政策要求 ? Follow all quality protocols and report any discrepancies to the Manager of Mechanical Testing 遵守所有質(zhì)量指令規(guī)程，并向經(jīng)理匯報任何不符點 ? Assist the Quality Manager with mechanical department quality matters 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理處理機械部門相關(guān)質(zhì)量事宜 ? Ensure testing is following the latest standards and TPs 確保測試是根據(jù)最新標準和實驗室最新測試程序 ? Ensure sample control processes for mechanical testing samples, such as proper tracking, handling, and storage of all samples, are followed 確保遵循機械測試樣品的樣品控制流程，例如所有樣品的正確跟蹤、處理和儲存 |

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: 所需的技能和能力： ? Associate degree or higher，Major in Mechatronics is preferred 教育：大專以上學歷，機電專業(yè)優(yōu)先 ? Experience: 3+ years of mechanical testing experience required, bicycle(E-bike or scooter) and outdoors sporting goods experience a plus 經(jīng)驗：需要3年以上的機械測試經(jīng)驗，有自行車(電助力或電動滑板車)和戶外運動用品經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 ? Training: Participate in company mandated training and be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of ACT Lab’s most commonly used bicycle standards (i.e. ISO, CPSC, ASTM, etc.) 培訓：參加公司規(guī)定的培訓，并能夠展示 ACT Lab 最常用的自行車標準（即 ISO、CPSC、ASTM 等）的專業(yè)知識。 ? Technical knowledge: Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, especially when applied to quality control testing 技術(shù)知識：強大的機械工程知識，尤其是應(yīng)用于質(zhì)量控制測試時 ? Skills: 技能 - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office computer skills/software 熟悉 Microsoft Office 和其他基本辦公計算機技能/軟件 - Effective multi-tasking, problem-solving, and good communication, 有效的多任務(wù)處理、解決問題、和良好溝通 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills 優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面溝通技巧 - English speaking, reading, and writing skills a plus (for non-English speaking locations) 英語口語、閱讀和寫作技能加分（適用于非英語場所） |
