?主要職責(zé)： ?Trouble shooting for machine breakdowns 機器故障的問題解決 ?Inspect the operation states of the production and plant daily; 每天對全廠生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及生產(chǎn)輔助運行狀況進(jìn)行巡查，對出現(xiàn)的異常情況進(jìn)行處理； ?Perform regular PM and make relative record 常規(guī)設(shè)備的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及檢修工作，做相應(yīng)的記錄 ?Inspect the transformer and facility daily; 每天做好公共設(shè)備（包括配電房/空壓機/制冷機等）的點檢工作； ? Inspect the correct operation for the operator for the production line daily; 每天對生產(chǎn)線的員工設(shè)備操作行為進(jìn)行巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤，及時糾正； ?Quick response for the emergency repair of facility equipment; 掌握設(shè)備的運行情況，技術(shù)狀況，提前發(fā)現(xiàn)并處理設(shè)備故障； ?Other tasks from superiors 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù) Education/Experience 教育/經(jīng)驗 ?High school or above 高中或者以上 ? 5 years of manufacturing environment, experience in machine and equipment maintenance 5年制造型工作，機械設(shè)備維護(hù)工作經(jīng)驗 Qualifications/Skills 資格/技能 ? Strong electrical and mechanical ability 較強的電氣和機械技術(shù)能力 ? Able to realize related regulations, and agree with superior’s arrangement 能掌握公司相關(guān)規(guī)章制度，并服從上級安排 ? Strong sense of safety 安全意識強 ? Able to work under tight schedule/overtime，also night shift 能在時間緊迫或者超時的情況下工作，可以上夜班 ? Practical skills and knowledge of operating crane and forklift will be a plus 具備操作行車實際操作能力和知識者優(yōu)先 |
