Autoliv started our first operation in China back in 1989. Our growth in China has been fast and exciting. Back in 1999, our annual sales was only 9 MUSD with 150 employees. Today we have 13 companies in China, a total workforce of 3,000 people, and annual sales of 400 MUSD. Over the last 2 years, we have launched 6 new factories in China. To strengthen our position in China, we are building a world class technical center in Shanghai. These speak of Autoliv confidence and long term commitment to China. Looking into the future, we believe that our annual sales will soon reach 1 billion USD. With the world class technical center operational by end 2008, we believe our Chinese employees and engineers will play an increasing role in Autoliv global engineering & development for safety restraint technology.

太倉(cāng)維歐愛申達(dá)特種紡織品有限公司于2006年9月正式經(jīng)太倉(cāng)市政府批準(zhǔn)和注冊(cè)成立，奧托立夫和申達(dá)共同投資、由奧托立夫控股和直接管理的汽車安全帶生產(chǎn)公司。生產(chǎn)廠址設(shè)在太倉(cāng)市經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)，2007年8月建成，2007年10月正式投產(chǎn)，開始為中國(guó)客戶供貨。首期投資1000萬(wàn)美元，首期廠房面積 11000 平方米，年產(chǎn)汽車安全帶5000萬(wàn)米，遠(yuǎn)期目標(biāo)為中國(guó)和亞太地區(qū)汽車安全帶1億米，成為全球最大的安全帶制造工廠，滿足不同客戶的各種需要。

公司全面推行奧托立夫的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)和管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行其技術(shù)規(guī)范、質(zhì)量保證和售后服務(wù)，滿足奧托立夫的全球質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
