有著100多年歷史的德國(guó)崇德集團(tuán)，其超聲波焊接技術(shù)一直處于行業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者地位。隨著業(yè)務(wù)范圍的擴(kuò)大，于2022年9月16日，崇德超聲波的分公司——崇德超聲波焊接技術(shù)（太倉）有限公司在中國(guó)太倉成立了，于2023年1月正式投產(chǎn)。

With a history of more than 100 years, the German Schunk Group has always been an industry leader in ultrasonic welding technology. With the expansion of business scope, on September 16th, 2022, the subsidiary of Schunk Sonosystems was established in Taicang, China-Schunk Sonosystems (Taicang) Co., Ltd. (SSO-CN), which has officially put into operation in January 2023.

崇德太倉充分利用德國(guó)總部的技術(shù)，在太倉生產(chǎn)科技含量高、附加值高的超聲波金屬焊接機(jī)。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的焊接技術(shù)，超聲波焊接通過一秒鐘兩萬次的高頻超聲波振動(dòng)，使兩種不同材料或同種材料，達(dá)到分子結(jié)合，不僅焊接強(qiáng)度高，而且性能穩(wěn)定、外形美觀，焊接過程不需要添加其他材料。這些高科技的焊接設(shè)備將廣泛用于新能源汽車。

SSO-CN makes full use of the technology of its German headquarters to produce ultrasonic metal welding machines with high technology content and high added value in Taicang. Compared with traditional welding technology, ultrasonic welding makes two different materials or the same material through high-frequency ultrasonic vibration 20,000 times per second, to achieve molecular bonding, which not only has high welding strength, but also has stable performance, beautiful appearance and no need to add other materials in welding process. These high-tech welding machines will be widely used in new energy vehicles.

1、CNC技工   1人   月薪：￥9500-￥12000元

工作地點(diǎn)：太倉市
工作性質(zhì)：全職
作息制度：兩班倒

主要工作：1. 3年以上五軸CNC設(shè)備操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（德系機(jī)床優(yōu)先），熟悉車銑鉆工藝； 2.良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力(包括了解技術(shù)專業(yè)詞匯)； 3.熟練操作設(shè)備，并能看懂程序、技術(shù)圖紙，并根據(jù)圖紙加工新產(chǎn)品； 4.能夠加工圓柱體和立方體零件 5.能夠使用手持測(cè)量工具，如游標(biāo)卡尺等來確保和檢測(cè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；三坐標(biāo)（優(yōu)先）；

學(xué)歷要求：大專及以上

學(xué)歷要求：中專及以上
專業(yè)類別：[機(jī)械/儀表類]
其他要求：1年以上CNC實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通機(jī)臺(tái)操作與基礎(chǔ)調(diào)試，能獨(dú)立處理生產(chǎn)常見問題，熟練使用測(cè)量工具，看懂機(jī)械加工圖紙。
